摘　　要：以我国部分具有运动项目迁移的优秀运动员为研究对象,并运用文献资料、归类、逻辑推理等方法,对我国部分运动项目的运动员蹦床、手球和曲棍球项群迁移、流动的特征进行了归类和归纳,并着重从竞技能力、技能、个性心理特征出发,分析了运动员运动项目之间迁移的基础成因,旨在为运动员的再次选拔,科学育才提供新的思路和视角,进而为完善和补充我国的运动训练理论提供实践和理论依据。The object of this study is the elite athletes transferring between events.It adopts the method of literature review,classification and logic reasoning to classify and conclude the features of transfer and flow of athletes between the events of trampoline,handball and hockey.It focuses on the competitiveness,techniques and personalities and mentality of the athletes to analyze the basic reasons of the transfer,so as to introduce a new perspective of re-selecting and training the athletes and to provide consultancies for improving andcomplementing the theory of sport coaching.
