增血素口服液对家兔免疫功能影响的初步研究

摘　　要：用增血素口服液０．９４ｍｌ／ｋｇ、１．８８ｍｌ／ｋｇ给家兔连续灌胃１５天，取血液测定其淋巴细胞转化率及血清溶血素含量。结果表明：淋巴细胞转化率无显著改变，血清溶血素含量明显降低。提示增血素口服液对家兔细胞免疫功能无明显影响。In this experiment, Zeng Xue Su oral liquid was give to the rabbits, 0.94 ml/kg or 1.88 ml/kg a day, for 15 days, and the blood was taken to determine T lymphocytes transformation rate and the content of hemolysin in it. The results showed that Zeng Xue Su oral liquid could markedly decrease the content of hemagglutination antibody titer, but has no markedly effect on T lymphocytes transformation rate. It is indicated that Zeng Xue Su oral liquid has an inhibitory effect on humoral immune function of rabbits, but has no effect on cellular immune function of rabbits.
