摘 要:采用聚合酶链式反应(polymerase chain reaction,PCR)技术对豫南黑猪FSHβ亚基基因扩增后进行多态性分析,并与文献报道的国内外猪种进行比较。结果显示,豫南黑猪猪群中FSHβ亚基基因的A、B基因频率分别为0.3318、0.6682;基因型AA、AB、BB分别为0.0727、0.5182、0.4091,基因型分布符合哈迪—温伯格平衡。群体多态信息含量(PIC)为0.3451,属于中度多态;杂合度为0.4434,显示具有较大的选择潜力。聚类分析结果显示,豫南黑猪与民猪的亲缘关系最近,与二花脸猪的亲缘关系相对较远。The FSHβ subunit gene was obtained using the polymerase chain reaction(PCR) technique in Yunan black pigs,and the polymorphism was investigated.The results showed that the allele frequencies of A,B were 0.3318 and 0.6682.The genotype frequencies of AA,AB,BB were 0.0727,0.5182 and 0.4091,the genotype frequencies of the three genes were in Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium.The polymorphism information content(PIC) was 0.3451,belong to midpolymorphism locus,and heterozygosity was 0.4434,showed that Yunan black pigs had a good potential for breeding.The cluster analysis suggested that the relationship was closer between Yunan black pigs and Min pigs,however,the relationship was relatively farther between Yunan black pigs and Erhualian pigs.
