膀胱血块的X线诊断

摘　　要：目的：本文分析了8例膀胱血块的X线征像。材料与方法：男女各4例，年龄22～67岁，临床均有血尿病史。8例做了静脉肾盂造影及膀胱造影。结果：8例膀胱血块皆显示为膀胱的充盈缺损，后经膀胱镜或膀胱造影复查消失。结论：肯定的孤岛状充盈缺损并随体位改变而明显移位是诊断膀胱血块依据，而缺损呈不规则的多边形及部份边缘锐利平直或相邻两边互成直角或税角，亦是诊断膀胱血块的重要征像。Purpose: The X-ray signs of the 8 cases clot in urinaty bladder were analyzed. Materials and methods: The 4 cases were men and 4 cases is women, their ages ranged from 22 to 67 years, the clinical has bolld-urine illness history. The intravenous pyelography and cystography were performed on all cases. Results: The filling -defect of the bladdet was showed in the 8 cases of the clot in utinary bladder, the disappear in repeated examination by cystoscopy and/or cystography. Conclusion:The positive island -like filling -defect as the position varied is diagnosis the dependable sign of the clot in urinary bladder, if fill-ing -defect of the bladder showed as itregular polygonal shape as shalp and straight edgs some times forming a tight -angle is di-agnosis clot in urinary bladder of important sign.
