摘 要:孕鼠及新生鼠体内注射抗L3T4McAb后,观察其对胎鼠及新生鼠脾脏细胞数量及功能的影响。结果显示:胎鼠脾脏细胞总数、CD4单阳性细胞(CD4SP)、膜表面免疫球蛋白阳性细胞(Smlg+B细胞)数量及血清Ig含量均明显减少;新生鼠脾脏细胞总数、CD4SP数量减少,但其SmIg+B细胞数量无显著改变。两组小鼠脾细胞对ConA、PWM刺激的增殖反应明显减弱。胎鼠及新生鼠CD8SP数量几乎不变。提示CD4分子不单纯影响胸腺T细胞在中枢免疫器官及外周免疫器官的发育。The number and function of splenic cells in the fetal and newborn mice were observed after injection of anti L 3T 4McAb in the pregnant and newborn mice. The results showed:in the fetal mice the number of splenic cells, CD 4 positve cells (CD 4SP)and membrane surface immunoglobulin positive cells(SmIg +B)and the amount of serumn Ig significantly decreased;in the newborn mice the number of splenic cells and CD 4SP also decreased but without significant change in the number of SmIg +B cells. The proliferative reaction to the stimulation with ConA and PWM significantly weakened in both groups. The nmuber of CD 8SP was almost unchanged in the fetal and newborn mice. These suggested CD 4molecules not only affected the development of thymocytes in the central and peripheral lymphatic organs, but also the development and function of B lymphocytes in th peripheral lymphatic organs.
