踏车运动试验ST/HR斜率对冠心病诊断价值的探讨

摘　　要：ＳＴ／ＨＲ斜率是近年提出的诊断冠心病的一项新指标。本文总结９６例亚极量踏车运动试验，其中冠心病心绞痛组５０例，正常对照组４６例，结果冠心病心绞痛组阳性４０例，阴性１０例，正常对照组阳性３例，阴性４３例。ＳＴ／ＨＲ斜率分别为４１８±２７７，０４３±０７３。ＳＴ／ＨＲ斜率对冠心病诊断的敏感性８０％，特异性９３％。两组间阳性率及斜率值均有非常显著差别（Ｐ＜００５）。The ST/HR slope is a new standard of diagnosing coronary artery disease(CAD).This article summarized 96 cases who taking bicycleexercise test.The CAD group was 50 cases.Forty cases were positive and 10 cases negative.The contrast was 46 cases.Three cases were positive and 43 cases negative.The ST/HR slope were 4.18±2.77 and 0.43±0.73 respectively.The sensitivity of ST/HR slope was 80% in diagnosing CAD.The specificity was 93%.There were significant differences between these two groups.The result shows that the ST/HR slope is related to the degree of coronary artery damage.
