大型箕斗卸载方式的探讨

摘　　要：介绍了国内外外动力卸载箕斗和上开式曲轨自动卸载扇形闸门箕斗的应用及优缺点,研究了箕斗卸载方式对一次提升循环时间的影响,提出了大型箕斗采用外动力卸载的上开式扇形闸门箕斗,能使装卸载达到同步,缩短了一次提升的循环时间。This paper introduces applications, advantages and disadvantages of the skip unloading with external forces and the skip with the up-open sector gate and automatic unloading with curve rail at home and abroad, studies effects of the skip unloading method on one hoisting cycle, and proposes that the large skip with the up-open sector gate and unloading with external forces could make loading synchronize with unloading and shorten one hoisting cycle.
