摘　　要：根据城市电网投资的特性,通过引入实物期权的思想和方法来分析发现蕴藏在城市电网规划风险投资项目中的期权,提出了评价城市电网项目的实物期权投资决策模型,更好地改进了城市电网规划项目技术经济评价方法,并以实例证明了该评价模型的有效性和可行性。The option contained in urban power system planning venture capital project was found by analyzing with real option concept and methods based on the characteristics of urban power grid investment.An investment decision model of evaluating real option in urban power grid object was put forward,which can improve the technical economic evaluation of urban power grid planning objects.An example was analyzed to prove the feasibility and effectiveness of this model.
