摘　　要：淮南作为传统的资源型城市,正面临着资源枯竭与经济转型的挑战,而工业旅游作为一种新的旅游方式,对淮南市的产业转型和经济可持续发展具有重要的现实意义。运用SWOT分析方法对淮南发展工业旅游的优势与劣势、机遇与挑战进行分析,提出淮南发展工业旅游的设想,为逐渐提升淮南旅游经济竞争力和城市经济的科学发展服务。As one of the traditional resource - based cities, Huainan faced with increasing resource depletion and the challenge of restrueturing economy. As a new type of tourism, industrial tourism was of the great contemporary importance to Huainan＇ s industrial restructuring and sustainable economic development. In this paper, SWOT analysis was applied to analyze the strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and challenges of the development of industrial tourism in Huainan, and put forward the idea of developing industrial tourism, in order to enhance gradually the competitiveness of the tourism economy and scientific economic development of Huainan city.
