摘  要:建国初期北京城区建设的建筑物一般为多层砖混结构,采用天然地基浅埋基础,因建筑物整体结构刚度较差或地基不均匀造成建筑墙体开裂、基础下沉的不在少数。本文以清华二教加固修缮工程为例,阐述了文物保护工作过程中岩土工程勘察的方法,通过对比分析提出了适宜的地基基础加固处理方案,以期对类似工程的建设起到借鉴作用。The buildings constructed in the early 1950’s were commonly the brick-and-concrete composite structure in Beijing,which mainly used the shallow foundation on the natural soil. The poor stiffness of structure or the erratic soils caused the cracking on the walls and the foundation subsidence of some buildings. Taking the remedy project of the Second Education Building in Tsinghua University as an example,for the cultural relic conservation the methods of geotechnical investigation were described. By the comparing analysis the appropriate foundation reinforcement scheme was presented,which may give the reference for the similar projects.
