摘 要:以何首乌为材料,研究根、茎、叶的碳水化合物含量在4种生境下的变化,旨在研究植物碳水化合物累积日变化和生境差异性的机理。结果表明:各营养器官蔗糖及还原糖含量的日变化与光照强弱基本一致,但茎中蔗糖含量有2个高峰,而淀粉含量与光照强弱相反。4种生境下,叶片中淀粉含量变化不大,林下根积累淀粉最多,林缘叶片中蔗糖含量最多,林窗的茎中各种糖含量均较高,开旷地叶片还原糖含量最高。To investigation the mechanism of plant carbohydrate accumulation with diurnal changes and habitat differences, Polygonum multiflorum Thuna as a material in this experiment, we investigated the changes of carbohydrate in roots, stems, and leaves under four habitat-variability. The results indicated that the diurnal changes of sucrose and reduced sugar were almost consistent to the strong or weak of diurnal illumination changes in vegetative organs, except the contents of sucrose in stems, while the contents of starch were opposite to diurnal illumination changes. Under the four habitat variability, the changes of starches in leaves are not variations. Under forest, roots accumulate more starch than other three habitat-variability. Sucrose contents were highest in the leaves on forest edges' while all carbohydrates were accumulated high in stems on forest gaps. While reduced sugars were accumulated highest in open area.
