摘 要:采用不同质量浓度的芦荟汁喷施大豆幼苗,研究芦荟汁对大豆植株生理生化特性的影响。结果表明,与喷施等量的清水相比,喷施75、100、150、200g/L芦荟汁处理的大豆叶片叶绿素、游离脯氨酸、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白等含量均不同程度地增加,叶片含水量也有所增加。其中100g/L是最适处理,对大豆叶片叶绿素、脯氨酸、可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量影响显著。表明芦荟汁能够促进大豆的生长发育并提高其抗逆性。In order to study the effects of the Aloe extracts on physiological and biochemical features of soybean seedlings,soybean seedlings were sprayed with the Aloe extracts at different concentration.The results showed that,compared with seedlings sprayed with water,the leaves of seedlings sprayed with the Aloe extracts separately at 75,100,150 and 200g/L could increase their chlorophyll,proline,soluble sugar,soluble protein contents and water content in their leaves at various degrees.The optimal concentration of Aloe extracts should be 100g/L.Accordingly,the Aloe extracts could enhance the growth and resistance of soybean seedlings.
