摘  要:研究落叶松栲胶超滤过程中,操作压力、原料液浓度、搅拌速率等因素对截留率的影响,利用浓度差极化模型求得膜面上溶质浓度,以便计算相应的真实截留率。结果表明:对浓度及操作压力而言,真实截留率与表观截留率变化规律相似,而且前者总是大于后者。Experimental studies were carried out on the solute rejection behavior during ultrafiltration of Larix gmelini tannin extract in a stirred batch cell. Influences of operating parameters such as pressure, feed concentration and stirring rate were studied on solute rejection behavior at ambient temperature using different membranes. Concentration polarization model was used to estimate the wall concentration, and the corresponding true rejection coefficient was calculated. The true rejection coefficient was always found to be more than the observed rejection coefficient and both vary similarly with pressure and feed concentration.
