摘　　要：目的探讨保障手术安全的方法。方法采用质量管理小组活动方法 ,通过建立健全围手术期质量监控制度、设计并严格执行《手术患者核对单》等,防止手术错误的发生。结果员工工作积极性提高,团队协作精神增强,提高了医疗质量管理水平。结论质量管理小组活动可有效预防手术错误的发生,确保患者安全。Objective To explore the methods of ensuring safety of the operation. Method Quality Management Group activity were used to establish the theme as ＂ensure safety of the operation＂ and analyze the problems. Then set goals, made countermeasures, evaluated the effect , and established effective system. Result The quality control system for perioperative period was established. Checklist of operation patient was designed. Conclusion Quality Management Group can help to prevent operation errors and ensure safety of the operation.
