摘　　要：单病种质量控制是医院管理年活动的重要内容。根据卫生部要求,结合医院实际,完善单病种诊疗指南,制定单病种临床路径,规范医疗服务流程,建立实时质量监控评价体系和长效管理机制等,取得了良好成效。The quality control of single disease is an important work during the Year of Hospital Management. According to the requirement by the Ministry of Health, our hospital has taken a series of measures. For example, perfected the diagnostic and treatment guidelines for single disease, established the clinical pathway, standardized medical service process, established real - time quality monitoring and evaluation system, established long effect management mechanism, etc. And it has acquired good effects.
