摘　　要：我国卫生资源配置城乡差距较大。从卫生经费、设施、人才和城乡配置等方面阐述了我国目前的基本现状,并就这些问题提出了强化政府责任,适度引入私人资本,建立健全人才引入、管理、培养机制,发挥区域卫生规划的作用和完善农村医疗服务体系等建议。At present, the difference of health resource allocation between urban and rural is large, rural medical and health resources are scarce in many respects. This article expatiated on the aspects of funds, facilities, human resources and the configuration on rural and urban. Then, it gave some solutions to these problems, such as to enhance responsibility of the Government, to appropriate to introduce some private capital, to establish the entering, management, training mechanism about the human resource, to play the role of regional health planning and improve the rural medical service.
