摘 要:上海光源工程屋盖体系中的箱形截面梁与下半部分插入钢筋混凝土框架柱、内部设置加劲肋且填充混凝土的圆钢管焊接形成钢管混凝土柱-箱梁节点.对该节点进行了大比例试件的静力加载试验,考察了节点的受力性能和破坏模式.试验结果表明试件的破坏模式为梁根部截面的弹塑性局部失稳破坏,且在发生严重的局部失稳后仍然能够继续承载,节点变形能力良好,满足节点承载力高于构件承载力的要求.非线性有限元分析进一步表明,简化的悬臂梁模型能较准确地模拟节点中相应梁的受力性能,梁倾斜放置且根部平齐时对梁承载力的提高有利.The box-section beams of roof system of Shanghai Synchrotron Radiation Facility welded inner-stiffened tubular which filled concrete and inserted the reinforced concrete frame column. It forms a connection of concrete filled steel tubular column to box-section beam(CFTCBB). In this paper, a large-scale specimen of CFTCBB joint under static loading experiment is carried out and mechanical behaviors and failure patterns of the joint are studied. It is found that the failure patterns of the joint are elasto-plastic local buckling at the end of beam section and the beam can bear although local buckling is severe. The joint behaves excellently in deformability,and it also can develop a higher capacity than those of the members. Nonlinear finite element analysis shows that the simplified finite element model of cantilever beam simulate mechanical behaviors of counterpart in CFTCBB joint well. It also shows that the bearing capacity of beam will be enhanced if beam is arranged by an oblique angle and the shape of its support end is a straight line.
