江苏省中医服务利用认知状况调查及其对策研究

摘　　要：目的了解江苏省中医服务利用程度以及认知状况,并提出相应建议。方法采用分层配额随机抽样的方法,按照经济发展水平在江苏省南京、无锡、泰州、徐州4个城市,每个市分别抽取4家中医院,选择前来中医院就诊的患者进行抽样调查,并进行描述性分析及χ2检验等。结果(1)调查对象中73.3%的人曾经使用过中药疗法,认为"疗法效果好"的中医诊疗项目前三项有:推拿(82.0%)、拔罐(78.3%)、按摩(77.9%)。(2)主观上相信中医(26.3%)和认为中医院有特色有实力(22.3%)是选择中医就诊的主要原因。(3)中药副作用小,有很大的开发潜力(20.0%)是中医的最大优势。(4)建议中医在治疗急性病上须采取中西医结合(37.5%)以及中医院需加强特色专科建设(25.2%)。结论江苏省中医服务认知情况较为准确,利用程度有待提高,应大力推进中西医结合利用,强化中医特色服务项目,完善中医发展模式。Objective To study the conditions of utilization and recognition of Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） service in Jiangsu Province,and to provide the relevant suggestion.Methods The data was collected through the questionnaires among the patients from 16 hospitals of the four cities in Jiangsu Province by method of stratified random sampling.The descriptive analysis and Chi square test were applied for the results.Results Among the investigated subjects 73.3% once received TCM service,the service items that were held to have ＂good effect＂ and ranked in the first three were Tuina （pushing and kneading）（82.0%）,Cupping （78.3%）,and Anmo （massage） （77.9%）,respectively.The main reasons for the subjects to go to TCM doctors were belief of TCM subjectively （26.3%） and TCM advantage （22.3%）.The largest advantage of TCM was that Chinese herbal medicine is less in side-effect,with bigger potential of development （20.0%）.It was suggested combination of TCM with Western medicine should be used for treatment of acute diseases （37.5%） and the development of characteristic specialty should be enhanced （25.2%）.Conclusion The recognition of TCM service in Jiangsu province is accurate but the utility remains to be raised.It is suggested that combination of TCM with Western medicine should be promoted;and the specified service item of TCM should be strengthened so as to improve the developing mode of TCM.
