摘　　要：营养支持治疗是治疗重症急性胰腺炎的重要环节,常用的营养支持治疗途径有全肠外营养与肠内营养,尽早给予肠内营养能改善重症急性胰腺炎患者的营养状况,保护肠屏障功能和调节炎症反应,放置鼻空肠营养管是肠内营养的主要手段。本文就重症急性胰腺炎的营养支持治疗的适应证、途径及肠内营养的实施等研究进展进行综述。Nutrition support treatment is an important method for severe acute pancreatitis （SAP） patient.The common methods of nutrition support are total parenteral nutrition （TPN） and enteral nutrition （EN）.Eearly EN can improve the nutritional status of SAP patients,protect intestinal barrier function and modulate the inflammatory response.The placement of naso-jejunal nutrition duct is the primary means of EN.
