摘 要:分别研究矿渣和层硅-Na2SO4复合激发剂对磷渣水泥力学性能的影响,用扫描电镜(SEM)以及X射线衍射(XRD)等方法对磷渣及磷渣水泥性能进行表征.结果表明:矿渣以不同比例掺入磷渣水泥体系中可以一定程度提高磷渣水泥强度,且在磷渣掺量较大的情况下,这种矿渣增长效应更加显著,平均增长率可超过15%.在磷渣水泥体系中掺入适量的层硅-Na2SO4复合激发剂,在高磷渣掺量(60%)条件下,28 d抗压强度提高了5.6 MPa.Influences of blast furnace slag and δ-Na2Si2O5-Na2SO4 and their compound activator on properties of phosphorous slag cement were investigated. The phosphorous slag and the cement were analyzed by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD). Results showed that the blast furnace slag, incorporated into phosphorous slag cement in various ratios, it could improve the mechanical properties of the phosphorous slag cement, especially with the large content of the phosphorous slag, the average rate of the growth could be increased by 15%.δ-Na2Si2O5-Na2SO4, as a compound activator used in the phosphorous slag cement, the 28 d compressive strength increased by 5.6 MPa with a higher content of the phosphorous slag cement(60% ).
