摘　　要：加热炉在长期运行后其对流段炉管外表面积聚了大量的污垢,大大降低了炉子的热效率。加热炉对流段炉管化学清洗是解决这一问题的有效手段。通过该技术在锅炉清洗中的应用表明,加热炉经过清洗后,能较好地解决对流段炉管表面的结垢问题,使炉子的热效率得到提高。A lot of scaling and fouling are accumulated on the surface area of convection section tube after a long run of furnace, which greatly reduces its thermal efficiency, while the chemical cleaning for furnace convection section tube is an effective method to solve this problem. The application of this technology in the boiler cleaning shows that the furnace after being washed, can better solve the problem of scaling and fouling on the surface convection section, and the thermal efficiency of the furnace is improved.
