摘 要:筇竹(Qiongzhuea tumidinoda)竹叶提取物(QTLE)可作为一种环境友好型植物缓蚀剂。采用失重法研究了QTLE在盐酸中对冷轧钢的缓蚀作用。详细考察了缓蚀剂质量浓度(10-200mg/L)、温度(20-50℃)、腐蚀浸泡时间(6~120h)和盐酸浓度(1.0~5.0mol/L)对缓蚀性能的影响。结果表明:QTLE对冷轧钢在1.0mol/LHCI溶液中具有良好的缓蚀作用,且在钢表面的吸附符合Langmuir吸附等温式。缓蚀率随缓蚀剂质量浓度和腐蚀浸泡时间的增加而增大,但随盐酸浓度的增加而减小。通过Mathur经验动力学公式分别求出了相应的腐蚀动力学参数(速率常数k,动力学常数鳓,并据此参数讨论了QTLE的缓蚀行为。The Qiongzhuea tumidinoda leaves extract (QTLE) can be used as an environmentallyfriendly plant inhibitor. The inhibition effect of QTLE on the corrosion of cold rolled steel (CRS) in hydrochloric acid solution was studied by weight loss method. Effects of inhibitor concentration ( 10 200mg/L), temperature (20 -50℃ ), immersion time (6 - 120h) and acid concentration (1.0 - 5.0mol/L) on inhibition performance have been discussed in detail. The results show that QTLE is a good inhibitor in 1.0 mol/L HCl, and the adsorption of QTLE on CRS surface obeys Langmuir adsorption isotherm equation. Inhibition efficiency increases with the inhibitor concentration and immersion time, while decreases with the acid concentration. The experimental data were treated with kinetic expression proposed by Mathur, and the kinetic parameters (corrosion rate constant k and kinetic reaction constant B) were calculated. Based on the kinetic parameters, the inhibition action of QTLE is discussed.
