摘 要:以无水马来酸酐和β-巯基丙酸为主要原料,铬酸钾为催化剂,合成出S羧-乙基硫代琥珀酸(CETSA),并对其阻垢缓蚀效果进行了研究。结果表明:CETSA具有良好的水溶性和生物降解性,在宽pH范围内具有较好的缓蚀阻垢性能,尤其将其与葡萄糖酸钠、丙烯酸羟丙酯(HPA)及Zn盐等复配后(无磷1),其缓蚀率得到大幅度提高。它在45℃和质量分数为20μg/g条件下,其缓蚀率可达93.2%、阻垢率达98.5%。Experimental process of preparing S-carboxymethyl thiosuccinate acid (CETSA) is described, in which anhydrous maleic anhydride and β-mercaptopropionic acid are used as the main raw material and catalyst such as potassium chromate was used. Its scale and corrosion inhibition performance has been studied compound with other water treatment. Result shows that CETSA has a good water-soluble,bio-degradability, and has a good scale and corrosion inhibition ability within a wide range of pH values. When compound with sodium gluconate, hydroxypropyl acrylate (HPA) and Zn salt, the performance has obviously enhanced. Under the condition of 45℃ ,dosage of 20μg/g, the corrosion inhibition rate can reach up to 93.2% , and its scale inhibition rate can reach up to 98.5%.
