层状复合氧化物La_4BaCu_(5-x)M_xO_(13)(M=Mn,Co)的物化性质和结构中活性氧的研究

摘　　要：合成了一系列结构为层状ＡＢＯ３的复合氧化物Ｌａ４ＢａＣｕ５－ｘＭｘＯ１３（Ｍ＝Ｍｎ，Ｃｏ），并利用ＸＲＤ、Ｘ射线能谱、氧程序升温脱附和化学分析方法对它们的结构和活性氧种进行了研究。ＸＲＤ分析结果表明：它们的结构为五层的ＡＢＯ３结构。活性氧种的研究表明Ｌａ４ＢａＣｕ５Ｏ１３中掺杂Ｍｎ或Ｃｏ之后，样品中明显存在的ＭＣｕ（Ｍ＝Ｍｎ，Ｃｏ）之间的协同作用，并且ＣｕＭｎ之间协同作用明显比ＣｕＣｏ的强。A series of layered mixed oxides La 4BaCu 5-x M x O 13 (M=Mn, Co, x =0～5) was prepared and characterized by means of X ray diffraction, X ray photoelectron spectra, O 2 temperature programmed desorption of oxygen and chemical analysis. The XRD results show that their structures are 5 layered ABO 3 perovskite. XPS and O 2 TPD show that there exists synergetic effect between Cu and M ions while M ions are doped into the lattice of La 2BaCu 5O 13 , and the effect between Mn and Cu is stronger than that of Cu Co.
