摘  要:采用XRD、DTATG及化学分析法,研究了氟碳铈精矿碳酸钠焙烧反应。结果表明,焙烧过程中,发生F-+Ce3+(Pr3+)→O2-+Ce4+(Pr4+)的类质同象替代,生成REO1+xF1-x(0<x<1)类质同象混晶体,在不同条件下,可生成不同组成的类质同象混晶体。从实验数据得到REO1+xF1-x类质同象混晶体的晶胞参数a0与其氟含量的关系式为:a0=05449+000102×cF-。The research on the mechanism of roast reaction of bastnasite added with Na 2CO 3 was carried out by using DTA TG, X ray diffraction analysis and chemical analysis. The bastnasite was decomposed into REOF and CO 2 while roasting mixed with Na 2CO 3, then isomorphous subsitition, F -+Ce 3+ (Pr 3+ )→O 2- +Ce 4+ (Pr 4+ ), occurred in the REOF under involving Na 2CO 3, and the parameter a 0 of isomorphous mixed crystal REO 1+x F 1-x (0< x <1) was produced. The different compositions of REO 1+x F 1-x were produced under the different conditions. The lattice parameter a 0 of REO 1+x F 1-x is a liner function of the content of fluorine: a 0=0 5499+0 00102× c F - .
