摘　　要：高职院校要培养适应行业企业需要的高素质技能型人才,就必须建立满足培养学生综合职业能力所需的真实的或仿真的实践教学条件,深度融入行业要素、企业要素与职业要素,使学生在做中学,在学中练,为工学结合人才培养模式的实施提供保障。If the higher vocational colleges want to train high-quality-skilled talents who can meet the needs of enterprises, they must establish real or simulated practice teaching conditions that help raising students＂ comprehensive professional abilities. The professional, enterprises＂ and vocational essentials must be blended. The students can learn while practicing and practice while learning so as to guarantee the implementation of the talents training pattern.
