释放大唼蜡甲控制红脂大小蠹技术效果评价

摘　　要：利用引进的天敌大唼蜡甲经过室内的繁殖,2003年6月底至7月初,在山西省的3个试验林地,采用"接种法",按照释放成虫和成虫与幼虫混放2种释放方法进行红脂大小蠹的初步防治试验。天敌被释放后的68～74d调查显示,各试验地受害树的当年红脂大小蠹新坑道中,害虫的数量显著少于对照,在各试验点被剖检坑道里都发现了大唼蜡甲。2004年42 566头大唼蜡甲大量释放后,2005年在多个释放点找到了定居的大唼蜡甲。结果表明,大唼蜡甲在山西省红脂大小蠹发生区已经初步定殖成功。Application of Rhizophagus grandis Gyll.,introduced from Belgium against Dendroctonus valens LeConte（RTB） in China,had been carried out from late June to the beginning of July in 2003.After mass-produced R.grandis under artificial conditions,the first mass release experiment was carried out at three sites in Shanxi Province.About 68 to 74 days later,the observations showed that Rhizophagus grandis had established and colonized up to 11.4 percent of available Dendroctonus valens broods.Following the experiment,42 566 R.grandis were released in 2004 and some individuals were found at several sits in 2005.
