摘　　要：Livin是最近发现的凋亡抑制蛋白家族中的一员，主要通过抑制Caspase途径、激活TAKl／JNK信号转导途径及抵抗化疗药物作用等方面抑制肿瘤的凋亡。Livin具有在正常终末组织中极少表达，而在多种肿瘤组织中表达增多的特性，因此可有望作为一种抗肿瘤治疗的潜在靶点。Livin is a new member of inhibitor of the apoptosis protein family, and acts through inhibiting Caspase activity, activating TAK1/JNK signal pathway and resisting chemotherapy to inhibit apoptosis of tumors. Livin is seldom expressed in normal terminal tissue, but highly expressed in neoplastic tissue. So Livin is expected to be a potential therapy target in cancer.
