摘　　要：基于逻辑分析方法,建立科学信息标志体制模型(SIISM)。根据科学数据变构路径,提出科学信息发布平台(SIRP)组成结构。基于科学信息本体结构(OSSI),以科学信息标志平台(SIIP)为载体,在科学优先权结构起点效应(SSPESP)驱动下,构建由科学优先权财富数据标志体制(SPFDIS)和科学优先权信息数据标志体制(SPIDIS)共同组成的科学优先权标志体制(SPIS)。基于SPIDIS形式分类、物理实现形式和物理工具平台分类,建立作为物理工具平台的科学出版诠释模型。认为科学信息标志行为(SIIB)是指SIIB服务群体对于科学信息的提取、验证、形式化、发布和传递等操作行为。基于科学信息标志行为空间(SSIIB)诠释SIIB行为规则。提出SIIB的9个行为步骤,建立由科学信息标志载体结构(SIICS)、科学信息标志作业模式(SIITM)、科学信息标志平台(SIIP)、科学信息标志作业平台(SIITP)共同组成的SIISM。A Structural Model of Scientific Information Identification System（SIISM） is established on the basis of logic analysis.According to the route of scientific data transformation,this thesis presents the structure of Scientific Information Release Platform（SIRP）.On the basis of the Ontological Structure of Scientific Information（OSSI）,with the Scientific Information Identification Platform（SIIP） as the carrier and driven by the Starting Point Effect of Scientific Priority Structure（SPESPS）,a Scientific Priority Identification System（SPIS） consisting of the Scientific Priority Fortune Data Identification System（SPFDIS） and the Scientific Priority Information Data Identification System（SPIDIS） is constructed.On the basis of SPIDIS form classification,physical realization form and physical tool platform classification,the Science Publication Annotation Model（SPAM） is built as the physical tool platform.This thesis deems that Scientific Information Identification Behaviors（SIIB） refers to the SIIB service group＇s operation behaviors on scientific information,such as extraction,verification,formalization,release and dissemination,etc.The rules of SIIB are annotated on the basis of the Space of Scientific Information Identification Behaviors（SIIBS）.Then 9 procedures of SIIB are presented and a Structural Model of Scientific Information Identification System（SIISM）,which consists of the Scientific Information Identification Carrier Structure（SIICS）,the Scientific Information Identification Task Mode（SIITM）,the Scientific Information Identification Platform（SIIP） and the Scientific Information Identification Task Platform（SIITP）.
