摘　　要：针对重庆钢铁公司原料场带式输送机在使用中出现凸弧段输送带隆起现象,对纤维芯输送带在凸弧段的应力、稳定性进行分析,并推导出凸甄段半径计算公式。经修改设计及现场使用表明,按这些公式计算能满足生产要求,文中并给出了计算实例。In connection with the swelling of belt occurs at convex section of belt conveyor used in raw material storage yard of Chongqing Iron and Steel Company, the stress of fabric core belt at convex section and stability of belt are analysed. As a result, a formula for calculating radius of convex section is deduced. Design revision and practical application show that calculation in accordance with this formula is precise enough to satisfy production requirement. Calculation example is given too.
