龙胆泻肝软胶囊治疗脂肪肝65例观察

摘　　要：目的:观察龙胆泻肝软胶囊治疗脂肪肝的疗效。方法:130例分为治疗组和对照组各65例,治疗组用龙胆泻肝软胶囊、对照组用葡醛内酯治疗,疗程21天。结果:治疗组总有效率95%,对照组总有效率81%,两组比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:龙胆泻肝软胶囊治疗脂肪肝的疗效优于葡醛内酯。Purpose：The appraisal treats fatty liver＇s curative effect take peaceful and quiet courage wet heating muddy method as the group side＇s Longdanxie liver soft capsule.Methods：The diagnosis divides into for the fatty liver 130 example patients to treats the group and control group each 65 examples.The treatment group uses the Portuguese aldehyde lactone piece with the Longdanxie liver soft capsule control group,the treatment course is 20 days.Results：Treatment group total effectiveness is 95%,control group total effectiveness is 81%.Two groups of comparisons have the significance difference（P0.05）.Conclusion：Treats fatty liver＇s curative effect by the peaceful and quiet courage wet heating muddy method group method＇s Longdanxie liver soft capsule to have English to surpass the Portuguese aldehyde lactone piece to be effective to fatty liver＇s treatment.
