变光程长方法测量物质的光学参数

摘  要:采用变光程长的方法,并应用带有数值孔径的光谱仪,对物质的光学参数进行测量。以去离子水为例,通过微米位移进给机构,对水的吸收峰处光学参数进行测量,得到其吸收系数为26.154 cm-1,与现有文献的26cm-1或28 cm-1较符合,散射系数为6 cm-1。采用蒙特卡罗仿真,对测量数据进行评价。通过与现有的测量结果进行比较和蒙特卡罗仿真表明,此方法测量的物质参数较为准确;通过对标准差的计算可知,实验结果的一致性较好,且重复性较高。To acquire the optical parameters of the matters,the variable optical path method and the equipment of the spectrometer dictation with NA are employed.For example,the optical parameters of the deionized water are measured by micron displacement mechanism in the peak of the water absorption.The results of the measurement show that the absorption coefficient is 26.154 cm^-1 which accords with those in the existing reference which are 26 cm^-1 and 28 cm^-1 respectively,and the scattering coefficient is 6 cm^-1.The measurement data are evaluated by Monte Carlo simulation.The results show that this method could measure optical parameters of the matters relatively accurately.And the standard deviation shows that the consistency of experiment results is relatively good and the repeatability is higher.
