摘  要:采用相关分析、通径分析和逐步回归分析方法,定量分析30月龄杂交鲍子一代形态性状对活体重的影响效果,并建立最优回归方程。结果表明,杂交鲍形态性状与活体重存在极显著正相关,相关系数壳长>壳宽>壳高>第3孔高。壳长对活体重的直接影响最大,是影响活体重的主要因素;壳宽、壳高、第3孔高对活体重的直接影响较小,主要通过壳长间接影响活体重。建立用回归系数极显著的壳长(X1)和壳高(X3)估计活体重的最优回归方程:Y=-182.4418+27.1294X1+18.5962X3,为杂交鲍的选择育种提供必要的理论依据。The relationship between morphometric attributes and live body weight of 30 months old FI hybrid abalones was quantified by correlation analysis,path analysis and stepwise regression analysis, and the regression equation was obtained.The results showed that live body weight was significantly and positively correlated with the morphometric attributes, the correlation coefficients were as follow in sequence: shell length〉shell width〉shell height〉shell height of the third hole. Shell length had most direct effect on live body weight,and was the key influencing factor.The other morphometric attributes exhibited slight direct effect but showed most indirect ef- fect on the live body weight via shell length. The stepwise regression equation using shell length (X,) and shell height (X3) because of their regression coefficients were significant to estimate live body weight was obtained as Y=-182.4418+27.1294X1+18.5962X3, which could provide essential theoretical basis for selective breeding of hybrid abalones.
