摘　　要：开展项目后评价是加强对政府投资建设项目监管、提高政府决策和建设管理水平的重要方式。本文提出了我国开展政府投资建设项目后评价的重要意义;分析了目前我国项目后评价机制存在的管理体制不统一、实践经验有限、配套管理制度不完善等方面的问题;提出了我国应建立政府投资建设项目后评价体制、构建"管理—执行"管理体系,明确项目选择标准和取费方法,并完善后评价工作的保障机制,以推进政府投资建设项目后评价工作走向制度化、规范化的道路。This paper concerns carrying out the post- evaluation on the public inv^tment construction projects. The problems of un- unified management system, limited practical experiences and imperfect supporting management mechanism which exist in the post -evaluation mechanism in China are analyzed. It suggests that government should establish the public investment construction project post - evaluation system and the ＂management - implementation＂ system, regulate the project selection criteria and charge method and improve the evaluation safeguard mechanism to promote the institutionalization of public in- vestment project post- evaluation in China.
