摘　　要：大理同时作为国家历史文化名城和滇西中心城市,面临着城市发展与自然生态、历史文化保护的突出空间矛盾。结合新区域主义理念和有机集中思想,在分析大理城市发展诉求与自身特征的基础上,认为要解决大理城市发展的空间困境,必须跳出行政区划的桎梏,整合大理与周边城镇的发展空间来共同承载滇西中心城市的职能。As a nationally famous historical and cultural city and regionally central city of west Yunnan,Dali is confronted with evident spatial contradiction of urban development,natural ecology and historical culture protection.With the enlightenment of new regionalism and organic concentration and on the basis of analyzing Dali＇s appeal of development and its own character,this article argues that it is necessary to get out of the shackle of political district and to integrate Dali and its surrounding towns to bear the function of central city together in order to solve the spatial difficulties of Dali＇s urban development.
