摘 要:图像编码压缩会引起失真。在研究静态图像编码压缩问题中,针对传统的编码算法只能在压缩比和失真之间取舍,不能获得较大压缩比又获得较好失真效果,很难适用于类似计算机支持协同工作的环境。为了解决上述问题提出一种行程长度编码的方式保证失真效果,同时又可以利用小波变换编码算法的特性来提高压缩比的编码算法,以行程长度编码和小波变换编码分别压缩图像的不同区域完成编码压缩。试验检验表明算法速度快、压缩比高、失真小(感兴趣区域可以无失真)结果获得较高压缩比同时失真较小,可用于特殊环境的编码压缩。The paper is to study the compression of static image coding. The traditional coding methods have to make the choice between compression ratio and distortion and can not achieve high compression ratio and good effect of distortion at the same time, so it is difficult to be applied in the environment of CSCW. A coding method is put forward in the paper, which can guarantee the effect of distortion by RLE and increase compression ratio by wavelet transform coding. RLE and wavelet transform coding can compress the different regions of the image to complete the coding compression. It is proved that the method has the advantage of high speed, high compression ratio, small distortion (no distortion in ROI) and can achieve higher compression ratio and lower distortion at the same time, so it can be used in coding compression of special environment.
