摘　　要：工程伦理学作为一门新兴学科,它研究的核心内容之一就是工程师的伦理责任问题。本文探讨和分析了工程师伦理责任缺失的认识论根源。长期以来,工程师把自己的职业工作看作是自然科学的应用,把工程技术理解为是达到目的的工具和手段,并且认为工程技术本身及发展是完全自主性的。这种片面的认识论观念是导致工程师主观上伦理责任缺失的根本原因。Engineering Ethics is a new subject which born. Its one of the cores is about engineers＇ ethics responsibility. This paper discusses and analyses the epistemological source of engineers＇ ethics-responsibility deletion. The basic reasons of this problem are those epistemological ideas which regard the engineers＇ occupation is application of natural sciences,consider the engineering technology is the tools and means,and consider the engineering technology and its development are completely autonomous.
