摘　　要：采用SWOT方法分析了数字图书馆和Google的关系,从内部的优势、劣势和外部的机会、威胁方面对二者进行了比较,并提出了数字图书馆和Google的发展策略。This paper makes the analysis on the relationship between digital library and Google by using SWOT method, compares digital library and Google from internal superiorities/inferiorities and external opportunities/threats, and puts forward some development strategies for digital library and Google.
