摘　　要：以国内某公共图书馆为例,对公共图书馆流通数据、读者数据、典藏数据进行分析,介绍了一些可行的、对公共图书馆业务管理、读者服务有帮助的数理分析统计方法,以提升公共图书馆和谐文化服务水平。Taking a certain public library in China as the example, this paper analyzes the circulation data, reader data, collection data of the public library, and introduces a feasible mathematical statistical analysis which is helpful to operation management and service for readers of public library for moving up the level of harmonious cultural service of public library.
