摘　　要：从资源、产业、产品3个方面分析了节能减排亟待解决的主要问题,针对性地提出了研究内容,构建了科技支撑节能减排的体系及机制,提出了科技支撑节能减排的对策。对我国研究科技支撑节能减排的机制与对策具有借鉴作用。The paper analyses the main problems of energy saving and emission reduction to be solved from three aspects of the resource,industry and product,puts forward the research content,building the scientific and technological support energy saving and emission reduction system and mechanism,puts forward the scientific and technological support energy saving and emission reduction measures.The paper has effects on the research of China＇s scientific and technological support energy saving and emission reduction mechanisms and measures with a similar approach.
