摘　　要：随着经济的发展和人民生活水平的提高,人们已经超越了温饱和简单的衣食住行方面的需求,开始认识到善待生态环境就是保护人类自己。十七大以后,我国经济方针从"又快又好"转为"又好又快",虽然只是"快"和"好"顺序上的变化,但其内含却发生了巨大改变。"又好又快"包含了人与自然和谐相处的节能减排经济意识,只有制定长期而又缜密的计划,只有把节能减排意识贯穿到经济生活和人民生活的方方面面,节能减排才能真正落实,人与自然才能和谐相处。With the development of economic and people＇s living standards,people begin to be aware of that treating the environment is to protect humanity themselves which beyond the basic needs of food and clothing.Form 17 Congress,China＇s economic policy has changed from ＂fast and good＂ to ＂good and fast＂.The change seems only the sequence of ＂fast＂ and ＂good＂,but the contents are tremendous different.＂Good and fast,＂ contains the sense of harmonious coexistence of man and nature and energy-saving emission-reduction.Only make long-term and careful planning,put the awareness of energy-saving and emission-reduction to all aspects of economic and peoples life,energy saving and emission-reduction can be truly implementation,people and nature can exist in harmony.
