摘  要:绩效考核与评价是企业人力资源管理的一项重要活动,在企业的整个运营过程中占据着十分重要的地位。节能减排是当今社会的主旋律。分析了企业员工节能减排绩效评价的现状和构建相关评价体系的目的及必要性,从办公用品、办公消耗、企业生产和生产环节4个维度构建了一系列指标来综合评价员工在工作中节能减排的状况,并最终构建了基于节能减排的员工绩效评价体系。旨在约束和鞭策每位员工从自身出发,做好节能减排工作。Performance appraisal is a significant activity of enterprise human resource management and takes up quite important position in the whole enterprise operation. Energy saving and emission reducing is the dominant theme of the time.This paper analyzes the current situation of employee performance appraisal for energy saving and emission reducing as well as the purpose and necessity of constructing relevant appraisal system.From the following aspects: office supplies,office expense,enterprise production and production chain,the author build a series of indexes to appraise employee' condition of energy saving and emission reducing in their work,and finally construct the employee appraisal system based on energy saving and emission reducing with the hope that every employee can proceed from herself/himself to do the work well.
