公路水路交通运输节能减排综合管理体系研究

摘　　要：当前,我国公路水路交通运输节能减排工作正在有序开展,但工作中存在诸多问题妨碍了节能减排工作的快速推进。在分析我国公路水路能耗和节能减排工作情况的基础上,构建节能减排综合管理体系,加快建立政府有效监管、市场主体自觉节能减排的公路水路节能减排长效机制,有利于统筹协调和解决节能减排工作中的各种矛盾,对公路水路交通运输节能减排工作有极大的促进作用。Nowadays energy conservation emission reduction of transportation industry are developing regularly in our country.Although,many problems exist preventing the work from developing more quickly.On analyzing the situation of energy conservation emission reduction,we get the solution that developing energy conservation emission reduction integrated management system of transportation industry to enhance government supervision and increase the market awareness of the work is good for us to resolve problems effectively and will push forward the energy conservation emission reduction work greatly.
