咳嗽的20个中医临床特征

摘　　要：从历代医案数据库中提取咳嗽的965种临床描述,总结咳嗽的中医临床特征20个。发现:中西医学都强调咳嗽的节律、异常感觉、病程长短、咳声的特点及咳嗽的诱发、加重因素,发生、加重时间。相比而言,中医权威著作及历代医案中没有认识到金属音咳嗽及周期性咳嗽,历代医案中没有记载咳声短促及咳嗽与情绪的关系。而剧咳、轻咳、咳声重浊、(咳嗽)妊娠期发生、(咳嗽)咽(喉)痒诱发是西医权威著作没有关注到的内容。About cough,there were 965 different descriptions in the database of TCM clinical records. By referring to these descriptions and authoritative works of Chinese and Western medicine,20 clinical features of cough were summarized and defined in this paper. It was found that the rhythm,the abnormal sensation,the duration,the intona- tion,timbre,volume of cough,the causative and aggravating factors,the occurrence and aggravating time were empha- sized by both Chinese and Western medicine. By contrast,authoritative works of Chinese medicine and the database of the clinical records of past dynasties of Chinese medicine did not pay attention to the cough with metallic sound or periodic cough. In the database,there were no descriptions on the cough that had the characteristic of short and quick sound or related to the emotion. The severe cough,the slight cough,the deep and heavy voiced cough,the cough occurred during gestafionperiod,the cough induced by throat itch had not been paid attention by authoritative works of Western medicine.
