摘　　要：施工资料是体现一个项目施工机构的管理人员在实施项目施工过程中而积累的一系列书面材料。要做好施工资料高效管理主要包括:单位重视,加强学习;项目监理机构资料管理分工明确、制定单位资料管理制度;重视协调工作,遵循"科学、规范"原则;认真总结,提高管理水平。结合公司、工程实际编制表格充实监理资料的管理,重视和掌握具有较强的真实性、及时性和完整性施工资料,才能使管理机构更好地完成监理任务的措施和效果以达到高效监管的目标,界定管理的责任,同时也确保工程质量和杜绝安全隐患。Construction information refers to a series of written materials that are accumulated by the supervisors throughout the construction process.And an efficient management of the construction information requires works such as high attention from the construction unit,clear division of information collection and documentation,high coordination based on the principle o＂fscientific and standard＂as well as meticulous conclusion and summary of the information.When the supervising data are profiled by forms that are project-accordingly made up and the authenticity,timeliness and completeness of the construction data are emphasized,the project supervisors can better accomplish their tasks,achieve high work efficiency and more importantly ensure project quality and prevent security vulnerabilities.
