摘　　要：近年来，随着彭楼灌区农业的发展，农业需水、工业需水以及群众生活用水量也逐步增加，致使灌区水资源供需矛盾日趋尖锐，严重制约了经济的发展．笔者对彭楼灌区水资源进行了供需平衡分析，并提出了解决水资源供需矛盾的建议．In reccent years, with development of agriculture in PengLou irrigation area, agricultural water demand, industrial water demand as well as the lives of the masses increase water consumption, resulting in irrigated areas of water resources become more acute contradiction between supply and demand, Which has seriously hampered economic development. Water resources supply - demand balance analysis in Penglou irrigation area is taken, a solution to the contradictions of the proposed water supply and demand is proposed.
