摘 要:针对铁合金企业排放废水出口点分散,企业不能实时掌控污水处理效果及对环境可能带来破坏的实际情况,研究了一种基于GPRS技术实现对污水检测数据的实时远程传输系统。该设计重点是关键部件与GPRS MODEM的通信手段;该系统构建简单,不受地理位置限制,性价比高,工作稳定可靠。作为无线通信的尖端技术,具有接入速度快、传输速率高、按流量计费、支持IP协议等优点,适合工业监控。In view of the actual situation that the wastewater outlet of ferroalloy enterprises is dispersive,which make it impossible to real timely take control of wastewater disposal effect,and may destroy the environment,the paper researched a real time remote transmission system of wastewater detection data based on GPRS technology.The communication means between key components and GPRS MODEM are designed.This system has simple structure,is not restricted by geographical location.It has high cost performance,and its operation is stable and reliable.As the sophisticated technique of wireless communication,it has following merits:rapid switchingon,high transmission rate,charging according to the flow,supporting IP and so on,which is appropriate for industrial monitoring.
