摘　　要：采集自动变速器多路PWM(脉宽调制)电磁阀占空比及油压对分析自动变速器的控制逻辑和策略具有重要意义,以美国阿里森HD4070PR自动变速器为试验平台,设计了自动变速器多路PWM电磁阀占空比和油压的采集系统,系统采用美国NI公司的PCI-6602和PCI-6025E数据采集卡分别采集多路电磁阀占空比及油压,上位机采用工控机,同时设计了信号调理电路,用LabVIEW语言作为开发具。该系统是研究和开发自动变速器的有力工具。The duty of multi-channel PWM（Pulse Width Modulation）solenoid and oil pressure of automatic transmission is very im-portant for analysis of automatic transmission control logic and strategy.The test platform is the United States Allison company ＇s HD4070PR automatic transmission,designed data acquisition system for the automatic transmission multi-channel PWM solenoid duty and oil pressure,the system used United States NI＇s PCI-6602 and PCI-6025E data acquisition card to collect duty of multi-channel PWM（Pulse Width Modulation）solenoid and oil pressure of automatic transmission,master computer is IPC,designed signal conditioning circuit,using LabVIEW language as the program tool.The acquisition system is effective tool for automatic transmission research and development.
