摘　　要：折页机的数字化是当前市场的发展趋势和市场需求,而国内折页机的数字化程度较低。为提高折页机数字化程度,对原控制系统进行改造,并基于PLC技术开发了PLC预置控制系统,实现了折页机预置的自动化。实验结果表明,基于PLC的折页机预置系统简单易用,稳定可靠。The digitization of folding machine is the developing trend and required of market,digital components of domestic folding machine is less.In order to improve digital level,the digital control system for folding machine was researched and the preset system based on PLC was designed.According to the functions required and digital character of folder,the control system framework was designed,basic functions and control flow of each unit was designed in details,the control units were finished developing.The experiments results show that the preset units are simpleness and stabilization.
