摘  要:目前液体物料的装卸料操作主要是通过手工操作来实现,劳动强度大且安全性差,介绍一种将微处理器用于液体物料智能卸料控制的技术方法;该方法由微控制器及相应控制软件、液体物理量检测装置、液体流量检测装置、气动阀门以及安全防护措施构成,并在运输过程中进行实时监测储存罐体内的压力和温度,一旦超出限制值立即报警,控制软件依据有限状态自动机原理进行模块设计,易于修改、调试和维护;系统经测试可方便、准确、快速及安全地实现液体物料智能装卸和油量计量。The loading and unloading of the liquid content are oprated by hand at present, but the Labour intesity is strong and the security is low. It is intronduced the method of the intelligentized loading and unloding control in the liquid content by microprocessor. It is made up of microprocessor and the control soft, the inspect equipment, the flowmeter equipment, the pneumatic valve and the safety measure. During the liquid content transportation, the pressure and temperature are ispected, if the value is higher than the restriction, it gives an alarm. The control soft is designed by the theory of finite automation, so it easily amend , debug, maintenance. In testing, the system can be expediently, exactly , fast , securely realized the intelligentized loading and unloding the liquid content.
